Intended to Use
Human SP10 Rapid Test Kit is used for qualitatively detecting sperm protein SP10 of human semen in vitro and conducting auxiliary clinical diagnosis of the male infertility.For self-testing.
This test kit is not used in combination with other equipment and is not automated.
Storage and Stability
4 ℃to 30℃with a shelf-life of 18 months.Do not freeze.Keep away from direct sunlight.
Why the Sp10 test is important to the male fertility?
After ejaculation,the sperm encounter many obstacles on their way to the egg:the acidity of the vagina, the cervical mucus (which can either help or hinder sperm’s journey toward the egg),and the possibility that they could get stuck somewhere else in the reproductive system—like up the wrong fallopian tube. Experts estimate that less than 1%of sperm actually make it to the egg,so it makes sense that it’s helpful to start with a lot.
Limitation
This test kit is only used to qualitative assessment of sperm concentration in human semen based on the detection of sperm protein SP10,which does not reflect their fertility directly.
The results of this product are for clinical reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Clinical management of the patient should be based on a combination of his symptoms,medical history,other laboratory investigations,response to treatment and other information.
