 Reproductive tract infection is an important part of systemic infection and has become a major public health problem in the world. Recent studies have shown that reproductive tract infection is closely related to tumor occurrence, infertility, ectopic pregnancy, premature rupture of membranes and premature delivery and so on. Almost all reproductive tract infections are accompanied by changes of genital tract microenvironment.   There are several common pathogens which are easy to cause gynecologic diseases in women:   1)Candida albicans is a major fungal pathogen of humans. It exists as a commensal in the oral cavity, gut or genital tract of most individuals, constrained by the local microbiota, epithelial barriers and immune defenses. Their perturbation can lead to fungal outgrowth and the development of mucosal infections such as oropharyngeal or vulvovaginal candidiasis, and patients with compromised immunity are susceptible to life-threatening systemic infections.   2)Trichomonas vaginalis is a motile organism with a size comparable to a white blood cell. It has at least 4 flagella that provide undulating motility. The organism resides in the lumen of the urogenital tract. The organism releases cytotoxic proteins that destroy the epithelial lining. During an infection, the vaginal pH usually increases.   3)Gardnerella vaginalis is an anaerobic bacterium that resides in the normal vaginal flora. Normally, vaginal flora is predominated by the lactobacilli species, but when organisms such as gardnerella begin to overgrow and become the dominant species, this leads to bacterial vaginosis (BV). Bacterial vaginosis is characterized by the presence of clue cells, which are epithelial cells of the cervix that are covered with rod-shaped bacteria.       On May 24th, Medomics Medical independently developed SARS-CoV-2 &Influenza A/B Antigen Combo Rapid Test Kit(LFIA) that can be used for this self test rapid combo  has obtained the CE self-test certificate issued by PCBC (1434), which means that Medomics Medical's triple inspection and self-test products have fully complied with the IVDD directive and the latest EU MDCG2021-21 Regulatory requirements, it can be sold in the EU and countries that recognize the EU CE self-test certificate. Medomics is the third IVD company to obtain the CE certificate of triple inspection and self-test, and the first company in the world to pass the audit and certification of this self test rapid combo inspection and self-test certificate by the well-known announcement agency UL.
