Introduction

Working Principle
During the assay, the substances to be detected in the sample form immune complexes with fluorescently labeled antibodies and undergo a chromatographic process to solidify in the detection and quality control areas, respectively. When the reagent card is inserted into the immunofluorescence assay, the LED excitation light source is irradiated to the detection and quality control areas of the reagent card to excite the cured fluorescent immune complexes, and the emitted light is collected and converted into an electrical signal. The strength of the electrical signal and the number of fluorescent molecules are strictly correlated, and the assay card automatically calculates the content
