岗位职责

1、协助总经理处理安排日常工作事务，包括日程安排，出差安排、工作安排、接待安排、文件处理、资料管理等工作;

2、负责协助总经理组织策划各项管理会议，撰写会议记录并跟踪会议决议落实;

3、总经理交办的任务及重点业务跟踪和落实，日常跨部门及外部重要客户的处理及沟通;

4、了解并熟系公司的业务及工作流程，较好的完成领导安排的上传下达工作及闭环反馈;

5、基于年度目标和工作计划，配合总经理开展日常销售管理协助工作，定期对销售目标、计划、任务进行考核分析并及时调整，确保完成公司营销目标和计划;

6、完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职条件

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验，英文听说读写熟练，海外留学经验优先;

2、严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力，书面及口头表达能力优秀;

3、具备良好的沟通协调能力，公文写作功底扎实;

4、责任心、事业心强，能承受工作压力，团队协作能力佳。
