1、根据公司项目进度，负责试剂研发项目管理工作，把控试剂研发项目进展，按时收集并汇总项目中的问题，并及时汇报给试剂研发副总;

2、负责相应文档撰写、整理、报告输出及部门文件管理，并且保质保量得完成;

3、协助实验室管理，协助研发副总制定相应管理规范，确保落实并不断完善;

4、负责协助团队进行跨部门对接事宜及相关日常运营支持等工作;

5、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职条件：

1、本科及以上学历，生物工程等相关专业，有IVD试剂研发背景优先;

2、性格活泼外向，擅长团队内外的沟通;

3、有较强的团队协作精神，能够独立处理项目工作中遇到的问题;
