1. 负责试剂研发项目实验操作，保证实验结果准确性、真实性;

2. 负责记录原始实验数据，并输出完整的实验报告;

3. 负责试剂研发实验室设备的维护保养;

4. 根据研发项目需求，协助临床中心临床样本收集工作;

5. 辅助研发工程师完成试剂诊断产品的开发全流程工作;

6. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作内容

任职条件：

1. 生物、免疫、医学、制药、临床检验等相关专业背景，本科学历;

2. 2年及以上相关工作经验，有妇科、呼吸道检测产品的临床助理经验优先考虑;

3. 有ELISA、层析等免疫检测的相关工作经验者优先;

4. 实验室动手能力强，能独立处理实验中遇到的问题;

5. 有较强的团队合作精神、要有良好的沟通能力和文献查阅能力;

6. 吃苦耐劳，具备拼博精神。
