Transferrin (TF) Test Kit (LFIA)

This kit adopts colloidal gold immunochromatographic method. Anti-human transferrin antibody (T-line) and quality control antibody (C-line) are coated on the chromatography membrane, and another strain of anti-human transferrin antibody labeled with colloidal gold is coated on the conjugate pad. Upon addition of the sample, transferrin in the sample forms an immune complex with the anti-human transferrin antibody, showing a purplish-red band in the detection zone (T-line), which is positive; conversely, the test result is negative. Whether or not the sample contains or transferrin, the quality control area (C line) shows a purple-red band, indicating that the test is valid.
